What it is
A patio is a slab problem before it is a design problem. Base depth, compaction, and slope decide whether pavers stay flat and water moves away from the house. Get that right and the surface (flagstone, paver, stamped concrete) is yours to choose. Add a kitchen and the same rule applies underground: gas, water, and power roughed in before the first stone goes down.

Patios
We build patios on a base engineered for Carolina clay, the soil that heaves and holds water and cracks the patios that skip this step. Paver, flagstone, or stamped concrete on top, graded to pull runoff away from your foundation. Seat walls, fire pits, and low-voltage lighting go in as part of the build, not as an afterthought.

Outdoor Kitchens
An outdoor kitchen is plumbing and gas before it is countertops. We rough in the lines, frame in masonry or weatherproof cabinetry, and set counters that take heat and weather. Built-in grills, side burners, refrigeration, and sinks, specified to how you cook, not to a catalog package.

Pavers
Interlocking concrete pavers flex with the ground instead of cracking. A single unit can be lifted and reset years later: the repairable choice.
